Chippewa Falls is known as the Christmas City. The Christmas Village display in Irvine Park, one of the finest in the state with over 25,000 lights in its Christmas scenes, draws spectators from miles away. A Christmas Parade is held in the downtown area the first weekend in every December. |

Glen Lock Dam provides one of the many beautiful scenes in Irvine Park, over 300 acres of natural beauty, historical displays, zoo, and picnicing and camping facilities within the city limits.
